Overview

An exciting opportunity for a technically strong Architect to join a highly skilled in-house design team working on the transformation of a Grade II Listed building into a luxury guesthouse. This role blends heritage conservation with high-end detailing, offering real ownership at construction stage.

• Working Style: Hybrid – Central London studio 2–3 days per week
• Project: Prestigious listed building with luxury finishes
• Coordinate Building Control packages and consultant information
• Produce Stage 4–5 technical drawings and construction details
• Liaise closely with contractors and attend site as required

• 3+ years UK experience with strong technical delivery skills
• Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Experience with listed buildings or heritage projects
• Proven experience working on Stages 4 & 5
