Senior Architect Job in Farringdon, London Up to £60,000 + Hybrid Working + Employee-Owned Practice
This role is focused on leading residential‑led schemes at pre‑planning stage, giving you genuine influence over design direction from the outset.
The studio is employee‑owned, design‑led and structured to give senior architects both responsibility and visibility. You’ll lead projects, mentor junior team members and contribute to wider project strategy, within a collaborative London practice that takes progression seriously.
What you’ll need- ARB registered Architect with strong post‑qualification experience
- Proven track record delivering residential schemes at pre‑planning stage
- Confident leading projects and managing consultant teams
- Strong design capability with solid technical and commercial awareness
- In‑depth knowledge of UK planning policy and housing standards
