Part Experienced BIM Architect

L+ Architects is a design‑led studio based in East Sheen, South West London, providing integrated architecture, interiors and landscape architecture services. We combine strong design thinking with technical rigour, clear coordination, and commercially grounded delivery.

Our work spans high‑end residential, mixed‑use developments, heritage and international projects, with a particular focus on biophilic design, interdisciplinary coordination, and well‑resolved detailed design. Our studio on the South Circular offers a focused, collaborative working environment with close interaction between architecture and landscape teams.

We are seeking a Part 3–qualified Architect to join our team on a contract basis for 3–6 months, working from our London studio in East Sheen.

This is a hands‑on Project Lead role focused on detailed design delivery (RIBA Stages 3–4) for a live international project. The role involves leading architectural packages, coordinating closely with landscape design, and working alongside senior leadership to ensure design quality, clarity of information, and timely delivery.

You will be supported by an architectural assistant and will work in close collaboration with a Principal Landscape Architect.

Experience as a lead Project Architect on large commercial schemes is a must.

• Manage and oversee BIM and Revit workflows, including model coordination and quality control
• Coordinate architectural and landscape information
• Manage and review work produced by junior team members
• Coordinate consultant inputs and resolve technical interfaces
• Prepare and issue detailed design and technical drawing packages
• Support programme, quality control, and delivery coordination

• Part 3–qualified Architect (or equivalent professional experience)
• Strong experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3–4
• Project Lead experience on shopping malls or mixed‑use developments advantageous
• BIM and Revit management experience essential
• Fluent English essential (written and spoken)
• Confident coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including landscape
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Clear communicator with strong organisational skills
• Experience working on complex or international projects advantageous
• Contract position: 3–6 months
• Immediate or near‑immediate start preferred
• London studio–based (East Sheen)
• Competitive contract rate, dependent on experience
