We are an award-winning architectural practice based in Chelsea, London, specializing in high-end residential projects. Our studio is growing organically, and we are passionate about building a strong, collaborative team that values both personal and professional development.

• Design & Planning – Assembling concept layouts, and preparing planning applications.
• Technical Expertise – Producing detailed construction and tender packages, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Coordination & Collaboration – gain experience in liaising with consultants (M&E engineers, Structural Engineers, Interior Designers, etc.), contractors, and suppliers.
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring all drawings comply with the latest UK Building Regulations and Planning Laws.
• On-Site Involvement – follow the site progress in first person under the senior Architect and supporting contractors and sub-contractors during construction, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Continuous Improvement – Helping refine our CAD standards and templates to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Legal Right to Work in the UK – You must have the appropriate work authorization.
• Technical Proficiency – Strong skills in AutoCAD, Adobe suite and the Microsoft Office suite are essential.
• Technical Knowledge – Have experience in construction details and statutory requirements.
• 3D Software Knowledge – Experience with Sketch Up or other 3D modelling software is a plus.
