Summary

We're seeking an experienced manager to lead a team within Product Risk & Compliance, focused on supporting product solutions in the areas of Transparency & Choice, Data Management, and Accessibility. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define the strategy, operations, and communications that guide the team in building high‑quality products. You will be responsible for leading and managing teams to ensure our products and features are valuable for people, easy to use, and of the highest level of craft and execution.

In this role, you will utilize your full range of people management skills, product strategy, product design, interaction design, and visual design skills to drive the development of scalable, consistent, and accessible design solutions. You will also drive quality and set standards: caring about craftsmanship and putting processes in place which hold the quality bar and operationalize how your team works within Meta.

Additionally, you will identify opportunities in ambiguous spaces to make Meta's products first‑class, working together with your counterparts to define the strategy and mission that guide the team to build great products addressing real user needs. To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional design, communication, and people management skills, as well as proven experience in product design leadership, communication, and people management.

A passion for creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users is essential, along with experience shaping product strategy and staying close to pixels. In return, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage teams of designers, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and drive quality and innovation in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

  • Contribute to high‑level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams
  • Effectively communicate your team's product goals (both within the team and outside the team), and connect related projects across the company so that problems or joint decisions can be resolved quickly
  • Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and valuable products for our billions of users
  • Proactively solicit and provide feedback from designers and a broader product team in order to continually raise our bar for quality, while also taking on mentorship
