Join us as a Research Lead – Sitting in DCOE - focusing on Project Prism- initiative to redesign tools for Bankers to single platform - cover work across Prism - 50% and then 50% covering across tribes. Mixture of leadership and hands on work. Would then look to grow out research capability. Would initially work across BX team and then start to pick up handover.
Working with 4 VP tribe leads, also working with Service Design Lead and Engineering Leads for Tribe.
To be successful as a Research Lead , you should have experience with;
- Quant and qualitative methods
- Leading research in program of work or as a function
- Working with cross functional teams (eng, design, product)

Purpose of the roleTo create user-centred and visually appealing designs for digital banking products by conducting user research, design of user interfaces and experiences, collaboration with stakeholders, and continuous improvement.
Accountabilities- Execution of user research and usability tests to understand customer needs, pain points, and integrate feedback and preferences to banking products and services, through collaboration with various stakeholders, including product managers and developers.
- Creation of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital banking platforms and applications for a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Design and maintenance of visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with the bank's brand identity and design guidelines across digital products.
- Creation of wireframes and interactive prototypes for visualisation and testing of product concepts and features before development.
- Accessibility considerations to ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines to provide an inclusive experience for all users.
- Monitoring of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design quality and innovation of banking products.
- To contribute or set strategy, drive requirements and make recommendations for change. Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/ processes; deliver continuous improvements and elevate breaches of policies/procedures..
