Architectural Assistant Part II - SW

About the Role Architectural Assistant Part II required for a RIBA chartered architectural practice based in SW London, working within the high-end residential and hospitality sector. This full time permanent role is suited to a Part II Architectural Assistant with a minimum of three years UK experience seeking exposure to listed buildings and international projects. You will support the design and technical delivery of new build and refurbishment schemes from concept through to construction, working closely with senior architects in a collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities Prepare design and construction information for residential projects Develop concept and detailed technical design packages Produce planning, tender and construction documentation Coordinate information with consultants and wider project teams Attend site inspections and assist with contract administration Required Skills and Experience Minimum three years UK professional architectural experience Part II qualification in Architecture Experience in high-end residential or hospitality projects Strong portfolio demonstrating design and technical capability Confident producing detailed drawing packages and NBS specifications Working knowledge of Vectorworks desirable
