This is a rare one!
There are projects you “work on”…
…and projects that become a defining part of your portfolio.
We’re exclusively representing a design‑led London studio delivering an interiors‑led arts / cultural fit‑out within Central London.
It’s a flagship project, exceptionally designed, with bespoke acoustic requirements - the sort of project London rarely offers, and even more rarely at RIBA Stages 3-5 with real delivery responsibility.
The scheme is novated to the contractor, and the team now needs an experienced architect who is genuinely comfortable operating in delivery mode: coordinating, detailing, responding, and protecting design intent in a fast‑moving environment.
Software
:
Revit (full proficiency required)
Leadership
You’ll work directly with a highly respected Director whose expertise sits right at the intersection of performance‑led design and acoustic‑driven environments - supported by oversight from a studio leadership team renowned for cultural / arts projects.
In short: this isn’t “contractor‑side delivery” in name only. It’s a quality‑first project with serious design intent - and leadership close to the detail.
What you’ll be doing
- Driving project delivery across RIBA Stage 3-5
- Working confidently with contractor teams (novated delivery environment)
- Coordinating specialist inputs (including acoustic‑led requirements) and maintaining design quality
- Supporting a highly bespoke interiors‑led fit‑out with complex performance criteria
Who we’re looking for…
- Qualified Architect (ARB or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years UK‑based practice experience, preferably in a notable London‑based studio
- Proven RIBA Stage 3-5 experience working directly in a contractor/novated environment
- Full Revit proficiency (non‑negotiable)
- High‑end project background, with demonstrable high‑quality interiors‑led projects (fit‑out / complex refurb / cultural / performance spaces / hospitality / high‑end workplace) - typology flexible, quality isn’t
- Previous experience coordinating specialist inputs (acoustic‑led requirements) is highly desirable
- Full right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
