Senior Project Architect

We’re currently partnering with an ambitious design-led residential developer in their search for a Senior Project Architect to join the business at a particularly exciting stage of growth.

The studio delivers well considered high-end private homes across the UK and internationally, combining architecture and interiors into a cohesive design language with a strong focus on craftsmanship, material integrity and spatial clarity.

With a growing pipeline of prestigious residential projects, the company is now looking to make a key senior hire who will play a central role in delivering projects and helping shape the architectural side of the business as it evolves.

This role offers something relatively rare within established studios — the chance to join a young, design-led practice its first senior architectural hire.

Working closely with the Founder, you will take day-to-day leadership of high-end residential projects, translating creative vision into technically rigorous, buildable and beautifully resolved outcomes.

Beyond project delivery, you will also have the opportunity to help shape internal processes, influence how projects are delivered, and contribute to the studio’s future growth.

For the right person, there is a clear pathway toward a future leadership role as the practice expands.

• Lead high-end residential projects from developed design through to completion
• Coordinate consultants including structural, MEP, cost consultants and specialists
• Oversee technical documentation, detailing and drawing packages
• Protect design intent through technical and construction stages
• Manage programme, site coordination and contractor relationships
• Work closely with the Founder to translate design direction into buildable solutions
• Attend consultant meetings and contribute to client presentations where required

• ARB-registered Architect
• 7–12+ years post-qualification experience
• Strong experience delivering high-end / luxury residential projects
• Proven track record leading projects through construction
• Strong technical detailing and documentation skills
• Comfortable managing consultants, contractors and site coordination
• Confident working with high-net-worth private clients
• Commercially aware and delivery-focused
