Revit Technician

Our client is a small, design-led London architecture studio working across residential and retail projects for private clients and developers. The practice focuses on thoughtful, contemporary architecture informed by research, context, and materiality, with a strong emphasis on bespoke design and high-quality delivery. Projects range from carefully crafted residential schemes to commercial interiors, with a collaborative approach that values creativity, technical rigour, and attention to detail throughout the design and construction process.

They are seeking a skilled Contract Revit Architectural Technologist to support a significant project — a 50-room apartment hotel in London. The role is a 3-month contract to start by the end of the month. You will be instrumental in progressing the project from Stage 3 to Stage 5, ensuring precision and adherence to the project brief.

• Proven experience in Revit, specifically within architectural or hotel projects
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing
• Experience in progressing designs through RIBA stages 3 to 5
• Excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously
• Previous experience working on large‑scale architectural projects in London is advantageous
• CAD skills required:
  Revit (essential)
