A Senior Architect Job in Farringdon, London is available with an established architectural practice expanding with a new London studio. The role suits an ARB registered Architect with strong technical and delivery experience across UK projects. You will work across technically complex laboratory and science facilities alongside residential, commercial, and education schemes. The position focuses on leading technical delivery during later RIBA Stages, coordinating consultant teams, and producing high-quality construction information.

This opportunity is suited to an experienced architect confident managing packages, supporting project teams, and contributing to the development of a growing studio environment within a well-established national practice.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead laboratory and technical projects across multiple RIBA Stages
Prepare planning, tender, and construction information packages
Coordinate consultants, clients, and contractor project teams
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and standards
Support development of the London studio operations
Skills & Experience Required
ARB registered Architect with UK post-qualification experience
Strong technical delivery through later RIBA Stages
Experience producing coordinated construction information
Laboratory or technically complex project experience beneficial
Strong communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills

Salary & Benefits

Salary £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience
