£45,000 – £55,000 | Hybrid Working | International Hospitality Projects

Join a globally recognised hospitality design studio delivering luxury hotel projects across major international destinations. Based in the London studio, you’ll coordinate design teams, consultants and clients to support the delivery of high-end hospitality developments worldwide.

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of hospitality design projects
• Support planning and organisation of international hotel projects
• Coordinate internal design teams, consultants and client stakeholders
• Prepare project documentation and reports for client teams
• Manage variation orders including pricing and approval tracking
• Maintain project programmes, schedules and status reporting
• Track design deliverables and milestones across projects
• Support finance teams with billing and invoicing
• Manage project resource planning through the studio ERP system

• 3–5 years’ project management experience within architecture or design studios
• Experience coordinating consultants, project teams and stakeholders
• Understanding of design documentation, drawings and project programmes
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• MS Project or similar software beneficial
• ERP project or resource planning systems advantageous

• Hybrid working (typically 1–2 days from home)
