** Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
*** Design and deliver best-in-class presentations for high-value proposals, pitches, and RFPs across IMG’s global sports marketing business
* Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders, industry-leading strategists and marketers to interpret briefs and shape visual direction
* Translate complex commercial strategies into visually compelling narratives with editorial flair and attention to detail
* Build and maintain template systems and asset libraries to streamline workflow and raise quality across the organisation
* Innovate presentation formats using interactive tools to elevate client engagement and maintaining brand consistency while pushing creative standards forward
* Experiment with AI-driven design tools (Flora, Runway, Nano Banana, generative design) to improve creative, storytelling and time efficiencies
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment without compromising quality
* Maintain and evolve IMG’s brand identity across all presentation materials, ensuring consistency and quality
** Knowledge and

Experience:

*** 3–5 years’ experience in a design role within an agency, studio or in-house brand team
* A strong portfolio demonstrating editorial-quality presentation and layout design for a premium brand, agency, or global business with a proven track record designing commercial presentations and proposals that win business
* Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (, Ai, Ps), plus Figma, Keynote, and Power Point
* Exceptional typography, layout and visual storytelling skills
* Integrates AI design tools daily

*** A natural visual storyteller who knows how to turn ideas, strategy and raw content into beautifully crafted narratives
