Architectural Technologist – London 3+ Years’ Post-Qualification Experience | Chartered Practice
My client, an award-winning Chartered architectural practice, is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist with 3+ years’ post‑qualification experience to join their London studio. Renowned for delivering high‑quality, multi‑sector projects across education, residential, commercial, blue light and industrial sectors, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and design‑led environment with strong UK‑wide studio integration.
This role would suit a technically strong Architectural Technologist with experience leading projects and a solid understanding of the full construction lifecycle, from early design through to delivery on site.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support projects through the full construction lifecycle
- Manage project teams and coordinate personnel across different stages of delivery
- Deliver robust technical information and detailed construction packages
- Ensure compliance with relevant contracts, regulations, and industry standards
- Support delivery across both traditional and design & build procurement routes
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development opportunities
- Apply strong technical expertise to resolve complex construction challenges
- Work collaboratively with architects, consultants, and wider project teams
- Minimum 3+ years’ post‑qualification experience, including project leadership
- Proven experience delivering architectural projects from inception to completion
- Strong proficiency in Revit and NBS Chorus
- Excellent technical knowledge of construction detailing and UK building regulations
- Experience across multiple sectors is advantageous
- Experience across all RIBA Plan of Work stages (desirable)
- Good understanding of contracts, regulations, and codes of practice
- Strong client-facing skills with commercial awareness and relationship‑building ability
- Ability to work collaboratively, lead teams, and manage workloads effectively
- Experience in both traditional and design & build procurement routes
