A global Architecture practice with a reputation for designing and delivering interesting, complex projects through construction and are leaders in the use of BIM/Revit and technology in construction, are growing their London office.

We have partnered as the exclusive recruitment partner for this world-renowned, global Architecture practice as they look to grow their London office from 12 to 25 staff in the next 18 months.

Our Client are a multi-office international practice with nearly 200 staff across Architecture, Engineering, Project Management and Interiors. They are advocates for the use of Technology in construction and have built a reputation of being leaders in the use of Revit and BIM, as well as being able to complete complex projects through construction. They also have an award-winning design team.

The company have several large-scale projects in London including a 450 unit new build hotel in central London which is at stage 4 and they will see through to completion, in addition to a 700 unit residential scheme in London (which they designed) which is at stage 3 and they will see through to completion.

They have a landmark, design-led residential projects, 310 units currently on site and the practice are looking for an experienced architect with site experience to take a leading role on this project.

Senior Architect opportunity - The practice have an office in London with 12 staff and due to continued success, they have a plan to grow this studio to 20-25 staff across the next 18 months.

The Senior Architect will initially take on a leading role on a large multi-unit residential projects which is currently on site in London. It is a significant and important project, and the Senior Architect will be working closely with the Client, Contractor and the Partner of the London studio.

In the short term-this is an opportunity to lead a great project on site. In the longer term, the idea is that this Senior Architect will become a member of the senior leadership team, so needs to have an interest in helping make strategic decisions and oversee the work of others.

• Experienced Architect, Technologist, Technician or equivalent
• Experience working on UK-based projects with knowledge of UK building regulations
• Experience work on site-based projects and being client and contractor facing
• Able to review Stage 5 subcontractor packages
• Able to deal with clients on site, handle contractor RFIs etc.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in professional practice
• Basic Revit knowledge is desirable to edit other's drawings when required.
• Experience delivering mid or large projects on site.
