Architect at Design-Led East Studio

This is for someone who wants more than production work. You will be involved in projects where design quality, coordination, sustainability and clear communication all matter.

The practice is a growing London architecture studio working across residential, commercial, retrofit and public-facing projects.

It has the feel of a design-led, technically capable team, with an interest in how better digital tools, low-energy thinking and careful project delivery can improve the way buildings are designed and built.

The studio is looking for an Architect who can support projects from design development into technical stages, working with colleagues, consultants and clients to keep the intent of the work intact.

You would suit this role if you enjoy being close to the detail, but still want to contribute to the wider design conversation.

• Design development, coordination and technical packages
• Residential, retrofit, mixed-use and commercial projects
• Archi
  
  CAD-led project information and drawing production
• Consultant coordination, client conversations and project delivery

• ARB registration, with RIBA Chartered Membership or equivalent preferred
• Strong Archi
  
  CAD skills, or a clear ability to work in a BIM-led studio
• UK project experience across design and technical stages
• A calm, organised approach to deadlines, coordination and communication

The salary should sit around £38,000 to £45,000, subject to final confirmation. The working pattern is expected to be hybrid in London.
