Senior Interior Designer

A respected, design-led studio in Covent Garden is looking to appoint a Senior Interior Designer / Project Designer to take a leading role within its collaborative team. This opportunity is suited to an experienced designer with a strong grounding in concept development and project delivery, ideally gained within a traditional design studio environment. Candidates from design & build backgrounds will be less aligned, as the studio’s focus is firmly on design integrity, detail, and a more considered, consultancy-led approach.

The practice works across a diverse portfolio including workplace, hospitality, and residential projects, both across the UK and internationally. With a multidisciplinary structure, the team brings together expertise in interior design, architecture, spatial planning, and creative direction, alongside elements such as furniture design, styling, and curated finishes. Their work is characterised by a thoughtful and layered approach, producing spaces that feel distinctive, refined, and enduring.

People are central to every project, with the studio placing strong emphasis on creating environments that support wellbeing, inspire creativity, and respond intelligently to each client’s brief. Through a highly collaborative process, the team explores and challenges ideas to deliver design solutions that are both imaginative and functional. This role will suit a confident designer who is comfortable leading projects from concept through to completion, managing both client relationships and internal teams. The successful candidate will bring a strong design sensibility, excellent technical understanding, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively. Experience overseeing project delivery, mentoring junior designers, and maintaining design quality throughout all stages will be key.
