Job Overview
Product Designer (Mobile) – B2B SaaS | London (Hybrid) or Remote | Up to £75,000 per annum
We are a fast‑growing SaaS company looking for their first dedicated mobile Product Designer. This is not a typical design role. You’ll be building mobile tools used on construction sites—people working outdoors, on shared devices, often with poor connectivity.

As the mobile design lead, you will own the mobile design end‑to‑end across iOS and Android using Flutter, design complex workflows beyond simple screens, work closely with engineers to ensure detail accuracy in production, and design for real‑world constraints such as offline mode, speed, and usability under pressure.
Responsibilities- Own mobile design from concept to launch (iOS & Android – Flutter)
- Design complex, multi‑step workflows
- Collaborate with engineering for production delivery
- Ensure designs meet real‑world requirements (offline, speed, usability under pressure)
- Elevate the user experience from “app” to “genuinely great to use”
- 4+ years of product design experience
- Strong mobile design experience
- Experience designing complex, multi‑step workflows
- Comfortable working closely with engineers
- Ownership mindset and commitment to quality
- Bonus: B2B / SaaS experience, field/operational tools, Flutter or cross‑platform experience
- You focus mainly on visual polish over usability
- You prefer handing off designs rather than owning outcomes
- You haven’t worked on complex product problems
- First mobile‑focused designer in the team
- High ownership and real product impact
- Mobile is a key growth area for 2026
- Small, senior team
- Location:
London (Moorgate – 2 days a week) or remote; fully remote possible within the UK - Global team spanning UK, Europe, and APAC
- Up to £75,000 per annum (rates depend on experience and client requirements)
