This role is pivotal in shaping the behavioural intelligence layer for our sites and apps, from data quality and transformation to experimentation, automation and AI-driven customer experiences. ** Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
*** Lead and develop a team of analysts, delivering deep-dive analysis and predictive models to understand customer behaviour across NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER.
* Drive improvements to tagging architecture, tracking strategy, and data quality standards, while centralising fragmented site data into scalable BI solutions through Databricks in partnership with the Head of Mar Tech.
* Translate weekly trading performance into actionable priorities, identifying immediate opportunities, monitoring requirements, and areas for deeper investigation.
* Deliver monthly insight reporting for senior stakeholders, highlighting behavioural trends, experiment outcomes, and resolving conflicting customer narratives through data-driven recommendations.
* Partner with Customer, Brand, Trading, and Analytics teams to define campaign success metrics, understand product engagement and purchase intent, and connect site behaviour to broader customer lifecycle value.
* Support Site and Customer leadership with roadmap prioritisation through commercial impact analysis, behavioural insights, and continuous interpretation of live performance.
