As a Senior UI Designer, you will design intuitive and engaging user interfaces across web, mobile, and multi-platform customer journeys. You'll own the end-to-end UI design process from discovery and wire framing through to prototyping and final delivery, transforming complex experiences into simple, user-friendly solutions. Working within agile teams, you'll collaborate closely with UX, product, engineering, and data specialists to deliver high-quality designs, using research and insights to inform decisions.

You'll champion human‑centred and inclusive design, contribute to and leverage a Digital Design System, and play a key role in improving design processes, mentoring other designers, and elevating overall design standards.

• Mentoring and supporting other designers to elevate team capability.

• A strong portfolio across web, responsive, and native app design.
• Exceptional UI and interaction design skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end, iterative design processes.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, UX).
• Solid knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior designers.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Miro.
• Retail or e‑commerce experience (desirable).
