Much of the work focuses on transforming and reimagining existing spaces, often within characterful or sensitive contexts, creating thoughtful, contemporary environments that respond to modern ways of working.

The Role

  • Involvement across all RIBA stages, from concept design through to completion
  • Contributing to spatial design, FF&E selection, and detailed design development
  • Assisting with drawing packages, technical coordination, and documentation
  • Collaborating closely with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
  • Playing an active role within a friendly, studio-based environment
Requirements
  • Minimum of three year’s professional experience within an interior design or architecture studio
  • Must have had experience working in a UK practice
  • Experience working on commercial workplace, office, or retrofit projects
  • Proficiency in Archicad or Revit
  • Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail, materials and spatial quality
  • An interest in both concept design and technical delivery
  • Confident working independently when required, with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Friendly, professional and personable approach
  • 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown
  • Annual salary reviews
  • Additional time off between Christmas and New Year
  • Supportive and social studio culture
