Job Overview
Architect job available in London. This position is suited to an ARB-registered Architect with 2+ years' UK experience, supporting projects through design, planning and technical delivery. The role involves developing coordinated design solutions, preparing statutory submissions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across a varied UK project portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

Develop designs aligned with the RIBA Plan of Work

Prepare specifications using NBS

Support planning and Building Regulations submissions

Coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders

Maintain project governance and document control

You will also contribute to Building Safety Gateway requirements, design risk management and project coordination meetings throughout project delivery.

Skills & Experience Required

ARB registered Architect

2+ years' UK architectural experience

2+ years' Autodesk Revit experience

Advanced Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite and visualisation skills

Knowledge of UK Construction Law and British Standards

Experience preparing planning applications and statutory submissions is required, along with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
