Senior Experience Designer

£50,000–£70,000 London | Hybrid

We're looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join an established design consultancy, working on complex challenges across digital products, services and emerging technologies.

You'll likely be working today in a design consultancy, service design consultancy, innovation firm or experience agency. Perhaps you've also spent time in-house and miss the variety, pace and breadth of consulting work.

This role combines the strategic thinking often associated with service design and experience strategy with the hands‑on design craft of interaction and product design.

• Leading experience design projects from discovery through to delivery
• Running workshops with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
• Translating research and insight into clear experience concepts
• Designing journeys, interactions, services and digital products
• Creating prototypes and artefacts that help teams make decisions
• Working closely with strategists, researchers and technologists
• Presenting work to senior stakeholders and guiding discussions
• Helping shape project direction rather than simply responding to briefs

• Have experience in experience design, interaction design, UX design or product design
• Enjoy working across both strategic and delivery phases of projects
• Are comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging with clients
• Can move between systems thinking and design craft
• Have experience tackling complex problems rather than narrow feature work
• Are naturally curious and comfortable working across different industries and domains
