Overview of the Role

Senior Architectural Technologist Job in London. This role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of technical design packages across a diverse UK project portfolio. Working within a collaborative environment, you will coordinate detailed design information, ensure regulatory compliance and support project delivery through all key stages.

This established architecture and building consultancy delivers projects across multiple sectors throughout the UK. The practice has a strong focus on technical excellence, sustainability and professional development, providing a supportive environment with opportunities for career progression and flexible working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of production and technical drawing packages across project stages
  • Coordinate detailed design information and technical documentation
  • Advise on building regulations, fire safety requirements and environmental standards
  • Carry out Designer Risk Assessments in accordance with CDM requirements
  • Liaise with consultants, project teams and statutory approval authorities
  • Use Revit Level 2 BIM processes, including COBie data production and project coordination
Required Skills and Experience
  • Architectural Technology degree, HNC/HND or BTEC qualification
  • CIAT or RIBA registered
  • Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience
  • Strong Revit proficiency with at least 3 years' continual use in practice
  • Good knowledge of UK construction legislation, technical detailing and statutory compliance
  • Experience coordinating consultants, managing BIM information and undertaking health and safety risk assessments
