Overview of the RoleSenior Architectural Technologist Job in London. This role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of technical design packages across a diverse UK project portfolio. Working within a collaborative environment, you will coordinate detailed design information, ensure regulatory compliance and support project delivery through all key stages.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of production and technical drawing packages across project stages
- Coordinate detailed design information and technical documentation
- Advise on building regulations, fire safety requirements and environmental standards
- Carry out Designer Risk Assessments in accordance with CDM requirements
- Liaise with consultants, project teams and statutory approval authorities
- Use Revit Level 2 BIM processes, including COBie data production and project coordination
- Architectural Technology degree, HNC/HND or BTEC qualification
- CIAT or RIBA registered
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience
- Strong Revit proficiency with at least 3 years' continual use in practice
- Good knowledge of UK construction legislation, technical detailing and statutory compliance
- Experience coordinating consultants, managing BIM information and undertaking health and safety risk assessments
