- Supporting and leading elements of design team meetings.
- Managing design interfaces on Cut & Carve works, including structural alterations, strip-out and existing building constraints.
- Coordinating new services and fit-out packages.
- Tracking design progress against the Design Release Schedule.
- Supporting the alignment of design with programme, procurement and cost.
- Maintaining clear communication on progress, risks and key deliverables.
- Ensuring all outputs meet the required standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience as a Design Manager, Assistant Design Manager or Technical Coordinator.
- Background in commercial fit-out, refurbishment or Cut & Carve projects.
- Strong understanding of building regulations and construction detailing.
- Experience managing design packages within a live project environment.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Confident communicator who can work across multiple stakeholders.
- Revit proficiency and experience within coordinated drawing / BIM environments.
- Work on a high-profile commercial project.
- Join at an early stage and make a real impact.
- Gain exposure to a structured delivery team.
- Progress quickly into a fully autonomous Design Manager role.
