About the Role
We are partnering with several highly regarded architectural practices that are experiencing significant growth within the Data Centre sector. As a result, we are looking to appoint talented Architectural Technologists to join their teams and contribute to the delivery of large-scale, technically complex Data Centre projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile developments within one of the fastest-growing sectors in the construction and design industry. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop detailed technical solutions, and play a key role in the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation using REVIT.
* Develop and coordinate detailed design packages for Data Centre projects.
* Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations, standards, and client requirements.
* Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and specialist consultants.
* Assist with project coordination throughout all design and construction stages.
* Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and client presentations.
* Support the delivery of projects to programme, budget, and quality expectations.
Requirements
* Degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
* Proven experience working as an Architectural Technologist within an architectural practice.
* Strong proficiency in REVIT and BIM workflows.
* Experience producing detailed technical and construction information.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience working on Data Centre, industrial, mission-critical, commercial, or large-scale technical projects.
* Knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and project coordination processes.
* Experience liaising with multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants.
