A highly respected workplace design and build studio is seeking an accomplished Senior Pitch Designer to join its expanding London team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a designer with real presence, someone who can combine creativity, commercial awareness, and design leadership to shape and win standout workplace projects for an impressive client base.

You will play a key role in developing bespoke, high quality pitches and workplace concepts, working closely with clients, senior stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver beautifully considered spaces that are both innovative and commercially intelligent.

• Lead the design and pitch process across a range of workplace projects, from early concept through to presentation and delivery.
• Create compelling design narratives, supported by drawings, finish boards, visuals, and presentation material of the highest standard.
• Partner closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop elegant, strategically aligned workplace solutions.
• Work alongside the Design Director to ensure consistency, quality, and seamless delivery across all stages of project development.
• Present with confidence, articulating ideas clearly and persuasively to senior clients and stakeholders.
• Guide project teams, bringing clarity, direction, and high standards to every stage of the process.
• Ensure schemes are not only visually exceptional, but commercially robust and profitable.
• Contribute to an ambitious studio culture that values originality, collaboration, and design excellence.

• A strong background in workplace interiors, ideally within a design and build environment.
• Proven experience leading pitches and presenting to high-profile clients.
• Advanced skills in InDesign and Photoshop.
• Confident, articulate, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Commercially astute, with the ability to balance creative ambition with delivery and profitability.
• A genuine passion for interior design, with a sharp eye for detail and a clear point of view.
• Strong UK workplace market knowledge and previous experience working on London-based projects.
