As a Technical Designer within our European division, you'll play a key role in delivering workplace and commercial interior projects across Europe. Working closely with our design, project management, and delivery teams, you'll help transform concepts into buildable, high-quality solutions while supporting projects through the design and construction process.
This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse, high-profile projects and requires regular travel to project sites throughout Europe.
What You'll Be Doing- Producing and coordinating detailed technical design packages.
- Supporting projects from concept development through to delivery.
- Collaborating with designers, project managers, contractors, and consultants.
- Attending site visits and surveys across Europe.
- Resolving technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring designs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Working within a fast‑paced environment where adaptability and problem‑solving are essential.
- Self‑motivated and proactive.
- Excellent communicators who can build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
- Adaptable and willing to travel regularly across Europe.
- Strong technically, with a keen eye for detail and buildability.
- Team players who enjoy working collaboratively while taking ownership of their work.
- Experience in Technical Design within workplace, commercial, retail, or interior fit‑out projects.
- Understanding of Design & Build procurement, processes, and methodologies.
- Experience coordinating with contractors and site teams.
- Additional European language skills would be highly advantageous.
- Annual Leave – 25 days per annum (increasing to 30 days with long service) plus bank holidays.
- Other leave – 3 charity days per annum and your birthday off.
