Professionally, you are likely to bring…

• strong UK residential, mixed‑use and/or regeneration project experience… ideally at meaningful scale
• confidence operating across RIBA Stages 2 to 5 within live delivery environments
• job running capability and experience coordinating internal and multidisciplinary consultant teams
• strong technical and delivery awareness, with an appreciation of the realities of contemporary UK residential design and construction
• confidence engaging directly with clients, consultants and contractors
• Revit‑based project experience

You may currently be an experienced Architect or Architectural Designer looking for broader responsibility, a Project Architect seeking a stronger platform for progression or someone operating within large‑scale residential work who wants a studio environment where technical capability, collaboration and thoughtful leadership are genuinely valued.
