Design Architect

A leading international design studio, specialising in high-end hospitality projects is looking for four experienced contract architects to work within their London studio for an immediate start.

This is a perfect role for an Architect with experience in hospitality or luxury residential experience that wants to work within a fast paced and motivated team on an on-going contract basis.

• Contribute to hospitality projects within a large, multi-disciplinary team
• Produce and develop detailed design and technical drawing packages
• Work across Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up for design and coordination
• Coordinate with external consultants to resolve technical and design information
• Maintain high standards of drawing quality, accuracy, and presentation

• You are an ARB-registered Architect, or equivalent, with completed Part III
• You have proven experience on luxury hospitality or high-end residential projects
• You are proficient in Revit, with working knowledge of Rhino, AutoCAD and Sketch Up
• You are comfortable taking responsibility for project packages in a studio setting
• You have completed March (Diploma or equivalent) and progressed into practice

• Ongoing contract within a respected London architecture studio
• Exposure to premium hospitality and residential projects
• Integration into a motivated, professional design team
• Central London studio environment
