- Constantly search for unique materials, vintage pieces and bespoke solutions that strengthen the identity of each project.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and manage supplier relationships to ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule.
- Identify alternative suppliers and sourcing solutions when lead times or budgets become challenging.
FF&E & Styling
- Curate furniture, lighting, artwork, accessories and decorative elements that bring each space to life.
- Coordinate custom‑made furniture and bespoke production from design through installation.
- Manage sample approvals and material libraries.
- Support photoshoots, openings and final styling of completed venues.
Project Management
- Build and manage project schedules, procurement trackers and opening programmes.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding actions, deliveries, approvals and installations.
- Maintain clear visibility on project status, risks and critical deadlines.
- Drive projects forward with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Highly organised, hands‑on and execution focused.
- Strong technical drafting skills with proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software.
- Comfortable producing electrical, plumbing, joinery and FF&E drawings.
- Exceptional sourcing instinct with a passion for materials, antiques, vintage finds and bespoke fabrication.
- Proven ability to manage multiple hospitality, retail or lifestyle projects simultaneously.
- Commercially minded, resourceful and relentless in getting things done.
- Equally comfortable behind a drawing package, negotiating with a supplier or walking a construction site.
