Lofthouse Group have partnered with an award-winning, internationally recognised design studio known for delivering high-end, design-led hospitality and large-scale mixed-use projects across the globe. Their portfolio includes landmark schemes and collaborations with leading global operators, offering a great platform to work on ambitious, high-profile developments.

They’re looking to bring on a Senior BIM Coordinator / BIM Architect or even Technologist who can be the GO TO person in the business for BIM. With strong experience across RIBA Stages 3–5, someone confident in managing projects from developed design through to delivery. Revit proficiency is essential, along with experience working on large, complex projects.

While prior hospitality experience isn’t a requirement, this is an ideal move for someone looking to transition into the sector and work on luxury, design-focused schemes in a highly collaborative and creative environment.

They can offer hybrid working and a salary package of up to £55,000
