UI​/UX Developer

Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer within financial services or a similar environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging user interfaces that resonate with our target audience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design decisions.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualise and iterate on design concepts.
• Actively seek and incorporate feedback from users and team members to refine the user experience.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are fresh and innovative.
