BIM Coordinator – London
We have an exciting opportunity for a BIMCoordinator role with a London-based Architecture Studio. The client works with forward‑thinking shopping, leisure, and lifestyle operators and developers who are committed to shaping modern society. They design and implement cutting‑edge master plans, construction programmes, and housing projects.
BIM Skills- Advanced knowledge of BIM technology and Revit
- 2–3 years of IFC 2x3 and 4 experience
- 2–3 years of Navisworks and/or Solibri experience
- Experience using BCF and BCF managers such as BIM Collab, BIMTrack or Revitzo
- Experience using Tekla BIMSight
- Dynamo/Grasshopper experience desirable
- Previous work experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills, verbal presentation skills, and written correspondence
- Technical standards and general knowledge of the architectural method
- Highly driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to train other members of the team
