Senior Product Designer; B2C Mobile

Role Overview

Few&Far are working with a Consumer Health Tech Scaleup to hire a Permanent Senior Product Designer (Native Mobile). The company helps people understand and improve their health through at-home testing, connected data, and an AI Health Assistant that evolves with each use.

£75K - £90K per annum + equity.

Hybrid London (x2 a week in office).

• Lead end-to-end mobile product design across their core consumer app, shaping behaviour change journeys to help users take control over their health.
• Own and scale the mobile design system (Figma + Storybook), defining which UI patterns become reusable components.
• Sync design system back to Figma, keeping the source of truth in code, working closely with Engineering to iterate.
• Run and participate in user research, designing elegant, high‑quality interactions and UI.

• Proven experience with design systems and coded systems like Storybook.
• End-to-end product design experience.
• Experience or strong interest in behaviour change problems.
• Strategic thinking and ownership; comfortable in small, fast‑moving teams.
• High bar for UI design: interactions, details, transitions between states.
• Utilization of AI tools in your workflows.
