Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is looking for a Technical Design Manager / Technical Coordinator to join their growing London-based investment platform. This role involves ensuring the technical delivery of residential projects from post-planning through to completion, working closely with various stakeholders.
Ideal candidates will have 4-8+ years' experience on UK residential projects, a relevant qualification in architecture or technology, and strong technical coordination skills. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is preferred.
