Tip Top Job is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician for a 3-month contract in Richmond-upon-Thames. This role involves producing high-quality technical drawings and documentation for leisure and fitness projects, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout project stages.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience within an architectural practice, strong proficiency in AutoCAD, and a solid understanding of UK Building Regulations. This position requires both independent and collaborative work within a multidisciplined team.
