Role Description
This is a full-time, office and site-based role for an Architectural Assistant located in London. You'll support the design and delivery of high-end residential refurbishment projects from concept through construction. Your day-to-day work will include preparing drawings and technical packages, attending site visits, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers, and assisting the project team to ensure designs are delivered to the highest standard.
Qualifications- Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design or any other related field
- At least professional proficiency in English (native/bilingual proficiency is a plus)
- At least professional proficiency in Turkish (native/bilingual proficiency is a plus)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketch Up (any other 3D modelling / rendering software is a plus)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable attending construction sites across Central London
- Experience in high-end residential projects is a plus
- Knowledge of UK planning, Building Regulations and construction detailing is a plus
