Job Overview

Project Architect job in Victoria, London, focused on technical delivery across cultural, residential, commercial and cladding remediation projects. This role suits an ARB registered Architect with strong Revit skills and experience delivering projects through RIBA stages 4 and 5. You will coordinate consultant teams, manage technical packages and support construction-focused delivery across multiple live developments.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead technical packages using Revit
  • Coordinate consultants across live projects
  • Produce detailed technical drawing packages
  • Support cladding remediation project delivery
  • Attend project and coordination meetings
  • Assist with project programming activities
  • Review technical information and detailing
  • Support junior team members technically
  • Manage drawing coordination processes
  • Contribute to construction stage delivery
Skills & Experience Required
  • ARB registered Architect
  • Strong Revit technical delivery experience
  • RIBA stages 4 and 5 experience
  • UK residential or commercial project experience
  • Knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Experience coordinating consultant information
  • Strong technical detailing ability
  • Organised and proactive approach
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
