Product Designer
Location: Greater London
A growing technology-led business is looking for an experienced Product Designer to help shape the future of its digital products and customer experiences.
This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative environment where design is viewed as a strategic capability rather than simply a delivery function.
Working closely with product, engineering, marketing and leadership teams, you'll play a key role in creating intuitive, user-centred experiences across a suite of digital products.
The OpportunityThis role combines UX thinking, UI execution and product problem-solving.
You'll help define how users interact with products, contribute to the evolution of the design system and work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure design decisions are both user‑focused and commercially effective.
The business is looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in fast‑moving environments and is comfortable working from discovery through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Design intuitive, user‑centred experiences across web and digital products
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs in Figma
- Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system
- Conduct user research, usability testing and validation exercises
- Work closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to solve complex problems
- Use data, feedback and insights to improve user journeys and product performance
- Review and QA production builds to ensure design quality
- Champion accessibility, usability and best practice across the product experience
- Help define and improve UX metrics, conversion journeys and user satisfaction
- Extensive UX and UI design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web, SaaS, platform or product design work
- Advanced Figma skills with experience producing developer‑ready files
- Experience building or maintaining design systems
- Strong understanding of user research, testing and validation
- Comfortable working in scale‑up or fast‑paced environments
- Strong data‑driven mindset with an understanding of conversion and user behaviour
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with in regulated, fintech, legal, SaaS or business services environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
