Brandon James, a well-established CDM Consultancy based in London, is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to manage and deliver CDM duties in accordance with CDM 2015 regulations while working on diverse projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and demonstrate proven experience in a consultancy environment. The position provides a salary range of £50,000 - £55,000, pension contributions, and 25 days of annual leave. Professional development and career progression are strongly supported.
