Design Assistant

As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a Design Assistant to join their Richmond Upon Thames-based Design Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across the full design and development process while building your career within a fast-paced, creative environment with genuine progression opportunities.

• Supporting the design team from concept through to product development
• Researching catwalk, street style and seasonal trends
• Assisting with trend forecasting and collection development
• Creating technical drawings and development packs using Adobe Illustrator
• Managing samples and helping to organize the sample room
• Liaising with Far East factories throughout the sampling and development process

• Experience with in a fashion accessories, eyewear or high street design team
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design
• Good Excel skills
• A genuine passion for fashion, accessories and trend research
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and communication skills
• A proactive, hands‑on approach and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
