Position: Part 3 architect
Location: Greater London

TPM Studio is looking for an ambitious Part 3 architect candidate to join its London studio.

The role offers the opportunity to take a leading role in the delivery of a diverse range of new-build and retrofit projects across the workplace, residential, education and hospitality sectors. You’ll join a collaborative, design‑led practice that values thoughtful architecture, environmental responsibility and a client‑focused approach.

This position is suited to an ambitious Part 3 Architect looking to build on their professional experience within a growing practice. You will work closely with the senior team, taking responsibility for the design, coordination and delivery of live projects, leading project packages, managing consultant information and supporting client relationships through all RIBA work stages.

What we’re looking for
  • minimum four years’ UK architectural practice experience
  • qualified Part 3 Architect with a strong understanding of UK architectural practice
  • demonstrable experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 2–5
  • excellent understanding of UK planning legislation, Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams and producing high-quality technical information
  • confidence leading client, design team and site meetings
  • proficiency in Vectorworks, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
  • experience using Enscape preferred but not essential
  • excellent design, technical and presentation skills, supported by a well‑curated portfolio demonstrating both design thinking and technical delivery
  • strong understanding of contract administration, design coordination and construction processes
  • organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • collaborative and positive approach, with the confidence to mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the practice
  • genuine passion for high-quality, sustainable architecture and continual professional development
