Lead UI Designer

Lead UI Designer – Join a cross‑functional design team to create user‑centric digital experiences and boost conversion across flagship e‑commerce platforms.

• Design brand‑aligned, responsive interfaces for key clients, ensuring usability, accessibility, and business goals.
• Develop and maintain design systems, production assets, and pixel‑perfect UI components.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, encouraging best practices and fostering collaboration with software engineers.
• Present concepts, own design decisions, and communicate the design process to senior stakeholders.
• Own end‑to‑end design production for transactional websites and digital commerce solutions.

• Demonstrable experience in e‑commerce UI design and conversion‑centre design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to create, evolve, and maintain brand identity and design systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable pitching to senior audiences.
• Experience leading designers in a creative agency or in‑house studio.
• Degree in Graphic Design, UI Design or related field.
• Strategic mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for user experience.
