Senior Product Design Manager - Custody Product

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the design strategy for the custody product, ensuring alignment with business objectives, client needs, and industry trends.

Relevant years of experience in product design, product management, or related roles within Securities Services / Global Markets/ Front Office with a strong focus on Custody Product. Experience in solutioning and designing is highly preferred. Proven track record of developing and executing design strategies and leading complex product initiatives. People management experience is preferable. Current role is an individual contributor, which will develop towards people management.

Strong understanding of custody operations, market infrastructure, and regulatory landscape. Experience with client technical meetings and industry engagement. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in design, Business, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Strong experience in post trade processing across all asset classes with a strong preference for funds. Experience of working with a sub-custodian, preferably 3rd party, either hands on or as a product manager.
