Dr. Martens is seeking a Senior Designer to join the consumer & brand team, reporting to the Head of Design - Footwear.
You will shape seasonal footwear concepts and lead design directions that reinforce the brand's identity across global markets. You will translate trends into compelling concepts, create CADs and design boards, and partner with Colour & Materials and Product Development to balance creativity with feasibility, cost, and sustainability.
