Our London studio is looking for a talented Designer I to join our Interior Design team. As part of the team, you will contribute across all stages of the design process, supporting the development and delivery of thoughtful, well‑executed interior environments. Experience in hospitality and/or high‑end residential projects is highly desirable.

About the Role

The Designer I- plays an important role in supporting the development and delivery of interior design projects.

Working closely with and under the guidance of senior designers, you will contribute across different stages of the design process, helping to develop creative, thoughtful, and well‑executed design solutions.

This role combines creativity with strong technical and visual communication skills. You will support the development of design concepts, material and finish selections, FF&E, drawings, presentations, and project documentation while helping ensure that design ideas are communicated clearly and consistently.

You will be part of a collaborative team, contributing ideas, developing your technical and design capabilities, and gaining exposure to international hospitality, residential, and destination‑driven projects.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the development of interior design concepts and project narratives
  • Contribute to projects across different stages of the design process
  • Assist with space planning, layouts, and interior design development
  • Research and develop material, finish, and FF&E selections
  • Prepare mood boards, material palettes, presentations, and visual design packages
  • Produce high‑quality drawings and design documentation in AutoCAD
  • Support the development of plans, elevations, details, and schedules
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of FF&E documentation
  • Maintain organized material libraries, project files, and design documentation
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions under the guidance of senior designers
  • Coordinate with project team members to support consistent and accurate project information
  • Contribute ideas and actively participate in design reviews and team discussions
Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a creative and detail‑oriented interior designer who is eager to contribute, learn, and grow within a collaborative international design practice.

You are:

  • Equipped with 1–3 years of professional experience in interior design
  • Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
  • Experienced or strongly interested in hospitality and/or high‑end residential design
  • Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Skilled in producing high‑quality drawings, presentations, and design documentation
  • Confident working with materials, finishes, FF&E, and detailing
  • Able to communicate design ideas clearly through drawings, presentations, and visual storytelling
  • Detail‑oriented and highly organized
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and responding positively to feedback
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to continue developing your design and technical capabilities
