Senior UX Designer — SaaS, Design Systems & Research

• Lead end-to-end UX design:
From discovery and concept through to polished, production-ready interfaces

• Build and evolve our design system and component library, establishing consistent standards that scale as the product grows

• Run user research, usability testing and stakeholder interviews to ground design decisions in real insight

• Partner with Client Success Managers to translate client feedback and business requirements into user-centred design solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience of UX/product design experience, ideally within a SaaS or digital product environment
• A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, strong visual craft and a clear design process - not just polished deliverables
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to present and defend your design decisions to varied audiences, including clients
• The ability to work independently, managing and communicating your workload effectively
• A genuine curiosity about users, problems and systems
