BIM-Driven Architectural Technologist; Revit Regs

• Deliver robust, coordinated and compliant technical design solutions

• Develop detailed design information across RIBA Stages 2–4

• Work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams to resolve technical interfaces, coordination issues and clashes

• Support project teams in ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations

• Produce and review detailed drawings, schedules and technical information

• Assist in the preparation and management of specifications

• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers

• Contribute to BIM delivery, model coordination and information management

• Support junior team members

Requirements

• Chartered Member of CIAT (or working towards) or an ARB registered Architect with a strong technical focus
• demonstrable experience delivering complex projects
• Strong understanding of the architectural design and technical delivery process
• Proven experience working within multi-disciplinary teams across a range of sectors and project scales
• Sound technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, building systems, construction types and compliance requirements
• High level of competence in Revit, with experience delivering BIM Level 2 projects
• Experience using collaboration and coordination tools such as Navisworks and specification platforms including NBS
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
