Our integrated team delivers projects from workplace strategy and concept design through to technical delivery, construction, and furniture. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Project Designer to join our London studio.

The Role

As a Project Designer, you'll play an important role in the design and delivery of workplace projects from concept through to completion. Working alongside Senior Designers and the wider project team, you'll help develop creative design solutions, prepare client presentations, and coordinate design information throughout the project lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years' experience in the Design & Build sector who is looking to develop their career within a collaborative, design-led business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop workplace design concepts, space plans and presentation materials.

Support projects through all design stages, from concept to technical delivery.

Produce drawing packages, schedules and design documentation.

Assist with material, furniture and finishes selections.

Attend site visits and support project delivery to ensure design intent is achieved.

Work closely with Senior Designers, Technical Designers and Project Managers.

Participate in client meetings, workshops and design presentations.

Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and contractors throughout the project.

Produce engaging presentations using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.

Create mood boards, diagrams and visual materials that clearly communicate design intent.

Support pitch presentations and marketing collateral where required.

Skills & Experience:

2–5 years' experience within the commercial interiors Design & Build sector.

Experience delivering workplace projects from concept through to completion.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up and PowerPoint.

Strong space planning, presentation and visual communication skills.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Knowledge of workplace furniture, materials and commercial fit-out projects.
